Acceptable use policy
The rules for the photos you upload and the videos you make. You accept them each time you make a video.

Photos you may upload
- Upload only photos you took or have the right to use, of yourself, of people who agreed to it, or of your own pet. If you add a second photo, the person in it must have agreed too.
- Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
- Do not upload photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, or of any real person who has not agreed.
- Do not upload photos with nudity, sexual content, violence, weapons aimed at people, or hateful symbols.
- Do not use the service to swap faces, to impersonate someone, or to make a video meant to pass as real footage of a real event.
The photo must be yours to use: taken by you, given to you by the person in it, or otherwise licensed to you. Saving someone else’s picture from social media does not give you that right.
What the videos may not be used for
- Harassing, bullying, threatening or humiliating anyone.
- Pretending to be someone else, or making people believe a real person did or said something they did not.
- Fraud, scams, political deception or fake evidence.
- Sexual content of any kind, and anything involving minors.
When you post a video made here, say that it was made with AI. TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube each have rules for labeling AI-generated videos.
What we do
We do not look at the photos you upload, and we do not keep them. The video model checks every photo with its own safety filter and turns some down; when that happens, you are not charged. If we learn that the service is being used in violation of these rules, we block the wallet code or access, without refunding videos used to break them, and we report child sexual abuse material and other illegal content to the authorities.
Report a problem
If a video made on this site shows you without your consent, or breaks these rules in another way, write to support@aieffectvideo.com with a description and, if you have it, where the video was posted. We reply within 3 business days. We cannot remove videos from other websites; where we can tell which wallet code made a video, we block it.
