14-day refunds of unused videos
Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a refund of the videos from that pack that you have not used. Videos are always taken from your oldest purchase first. If you have not used any videos from the pack, you get the full price back. If you have used some, you get back the share of the price that matches its unused videos at the time of the refund.
Failed videos are never charged
A video uses its credits only when it is delivered. If the video model turns your photo down, the video takes too long, or it cannot be made for another reason, the credits go straight back to your wallet code. You do not need to ask.
If a video was delivered but is clearly broken (for example, the person is missing or the clip stops early), write to us within 14 days with your order number and we will put the credit back. A video that came out as described but that you do not like counts as used.
How to ask
Email support@aieffectvideo.com with the order number from your Waffo receipt (it starts with ORD_) or the email address you paid with. We reply by email and ask Waffo, our merchant of record, to refund the payment. Waffo says card refunds usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your videos
When the refund goes through, the unused videos from that purchase are removed from your wallet code, calculated as described above. Videos from your other purchases stay as they are, and so do videos you have already made and downloaded.
After 14 days
After 14 days, we can still refund a purchase made twice by mistake or videos that could not be used because the service did not work. Write to us and describe what happened. If we close the service, the unused videos of every purchase that has not expired are refunded, as described in the terms.
Before a chargeback
If something went wrong with a payment, please email us first. We can usually sort it out without a dispute with your bank.
Your legal rights
In the EU and the UK, you can cancel most online purchases within 14 days. For a video pack, cancelling within 14 days gets you back the price of the videos you have not used; the videos you made are paid for. That is what the 14-day refund above does. If the service is faulty, you also have the rights the law of your country gives you, which can include a repair or a refund. This policy adds to those rights and does not limit them.
