Help with a purchase
If videos did not appear after paying, or you want to use them on another device, include the email address you paid with and the order number from your Waffo receipt (it starts with ORD_). You can also recover your wallet code yourself: open “Your videos” at the bottom of any page.
Refunds
Unused videos are refunded within 14 days of purchase. Send the order number. See the refund policy.
A video went wrong
Tell us the effect, roughly when you made the video, your browser, and what you saw. Please do not attach your photo unless we ask for it. Videos that fail are not charged; the credit returns by itself.
Report a video
If a video made on this site shows you without your consent, or breaks the acceptable use policy, write to us with a description and where you saw it. We reply within 3 business days.
Your receipt and card statement
Packs are sold by Waffo, our merchant of record, so your receipt comes from Waffo and the charge on your statement starts with WAFFO.
